The Continental Farmers Group, the agricultural company with international investments, announces a new season with the Future of Continental Program for the position of trainee agronomist and trainee mechanic.

Program objective

To provide an opportunity for specialists who are starting to build a career in agriculture to gain practical experience and knowledge from the best experts who work at Continental Farmers Group.

Stages of selection

Filling out the questionnaire.
Testing.
Interview.

Trainees receive

Paid internship.
Registration in accordance with current legislation, social guarantees.
The opportunity to develop and achieve goals together with a team of professionals.
Meals at the expense of the company.
Provision of resources for the internship period.

The final stage

Preparation and presentation of the report on the work performed during the internship.
Appraisal of internship and provision of recommendations for further professional development.

Start of the internship: March 2026.

Duration of the program: six months (with a possibility of future employment with the Company).

The internship will take place in one of our production divisions (Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Chernivtsi regions).

The internship programme includes 20% of theory and 80% of practice

Requirements for candidates:

Excellent knowledge and desire to develop in the field of agricultural mechanization;
The desire to learn and gain practical experience;
Confident PC user;
Driver's license cat. Driving experience will be an advantage.
