Business continuity management

Despite all the challenges, Continental Farmers Group actively manages its business, ensures the safety of its employees and continues to operate as usual, without interrupting critical business processes, even in the event of a major disruption or disaster.

Partners and clients are one of the Company's priorities. Therefore, Continental demonstrates responsibility and readiness to fulfil its obligations even in unforeseen situations.

To this end, in accordance with the best international practices and the guidelines of a strategic investor, the Company has implemented a Business Continuity Management System. The system focuses on recovery procedures and preventive measures against various threats that could adversely affect the Company's operations and reputation. The system consists of the following key components:

Crisis management

Defining a structure for immediate and effective response to crises and involving senior management in the management and recovery of critical operations. The company cannot foresee all possible risks in advance, but clearly established rules help it respond quickly and effectively.

Business continuity plans

Based on the results of the risk assessment, the main threat scenarios were identified and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) were developed. These plans are designed to minimise the impact of internal and external threats, restore key operations and functions, and at the same time ensure the continuity of processes, the implementation of key controls and the protection of employees. The Company regularly reviews its Business Continuity Plans to ensure that they remain relevant and that appropriate material resources are in place.

Recovery from potential disasters

Restoring the technological infrastructure, information systems and communications that support critical business processes. The company relies on modern information technology to run an efficient business and cares about the security and reliability of data, including that received from customers and partners.

Continental Farmers Group is committed to meeting all legal and regulatory requirements, continuously improving business continuity to provide customers and partners with an exceptional, uninterrupted experience.
