Smart with Continental has two areas of focus. The first is online training courses in agronomy, vegetable growing, business basics, marketing, sales and other areas. The second area is education in the form of trainings, during which young people will learn financial literacy and business principles.
The training is aimed at schoolchildren aged 12 to 17 from all over Ukraine. We plan to attract more than 3,000 participants. Children will be able to choose individual thematic courses or complete the full range of educational material. In addition to basic theoretical lessons, the curricula also include practical parts. For example, the Business Start course will teach children how to create business plans, generate ideas for start-ups and attract investment for their own businesses. All participants who successfully complete the course will receive certificates. Registration for the project is open and available here. To implement Smart with Continental, the Company has enlisted the support of an international partner, the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
As a reminder, Continental has been successfully implementing such educational projects as Smart Garden and Smart Garden Microgreens. Last year, it also launched online English language courses for children in a test mode. Last year, the Company invested a total of UAH 6.1 million in educational projects and support for educational institutions in the regions where it operates.
