Continental Farmers Group traditionally reports openly on its performance over the past year, including tax payments and social investments. Despite all the challenges, in 2025 the Company remained a stable support for the state and a reliable pillar for local communities.

The Company’s tax contributions to budgets at all levels continued to grow and last year reached UAH 1.86 billion — UAH 239 million more than in 2024. At the same time, Continental consistently supports the communities where it operates: in 2025, UAH 50.97 million was allocated to implement social projects in five western regions of Ukraine.

“We understand that agriculture today is of critical importance for the country: our sector has become the foundation of Ukraine’s economic resilience, as it ensures national food security, generates the majority of foreign currency revenues from exports, and supports the functioning of rural areas. Therefore, we continue to develop the agricultural sector by scaling up our operations and entering new markets,” comments Georg von Nolcken, CEO of Continental Farmers Group. “Despite the difficult conditions in which Ukrainian businesses are currently operating, the Company consistently fulfills its tax obligations, ensuring stable revenues for budgets at various levels. For us, transparent business practices and responsibility to the state are not just intentions but daily practice. I am confident that this very approach lays the groundwork for Ukraine’s future recovery and strengthening. At the same time, Continental continues to provide ongoing support to its key partners — local communities — as their development and resilience are a vital investment in our shared future.”

In 2025, the Company’s social investments were directed toward projects in the areas of infrastructure and community improvement, healthcare, education, youth and sports, spirituality and culture, as well as support for landowners and cooperation initiatives. Funding priorities were defined by the communities themselves in accordance with their current needs.

The Company did not limit itself to implementing only local initiatives and continued to roll out centralized social projects. In 2025, Continental significantly scaled up its educational programs. Free online learning courses for school students became available to 300 participants from the families of the Company’s landowners, including those living in rural areas. The range of courses expanded: students can now effectively prepare for the National Multi-Subject Test, study English, and learn the Python programming language. The youth educational project Smart with Continental also reached a new level. Within its framework, an online learning platform was launched, featuring courses in entrepreneurship, marketing, sales, and agriculture. The platform has become a powerful  and most importantly, accessible tool that helps young people across Ukraine develop essential skills and transform their ideas into real projects.

In 2025, the Smart Garden project brought together 1,000 schoolchildren from 18 regions of Ukraine. A total of 57 teams were formed, collectively sowing more than three hectares of garden beds. Meanwhile, the Smart Garden Microgreens expanded to 25 educational institutions in 18 cities across Ukraine. As of the end of 2025, participants in this project had earned over UAH 1.025 million from growing and selling microgreens, traditionally allocating part of their profits to charity.

Corporate volunteering remains an important component of Continental’s social policy. In 2025, Company employees actively participated in the implementation of eight projects under the small grants competition, confirming that responsible business is a shared commitment of the entire team.
