About 300 teenagers from different regions of Ukraine are already studying on the platform. The project is nationwide and does not restrict participants by age — anyone who wants to develop and build their future can join. Participation in the project is completely free and requires only perseverance and diligence from students.
Today, five courses are already available on the platform, covering key areas of modern business and agriculture:
- From Idea to Startup — the complete path to starting your own business, from concept to implementation.
- Marketing: The Art of Influence — strategies for promotion and communication with your audience.
- Effective Sales — techniques and tools for successful salespeople.
- Agronomy — modern approaches to farming.
- Vegetable Growing: The Best Harvest — practical knowledge for growing quality products.

Continental notes that it implemented the initiative based on the principle of new-generation online education. Therefore, the training is based on short video lectures, tests, practical tasks, and strategic games. Thanks to the convenient format, students can take courses at their own pace and, after successfully completing all tasks, receive certificates confirming their qualifications. The company plans to expand the list of available courses in line with student requests and market needs.
A distinctive feature of The Smart with Continental project is the expertise of practitioners. The project's instructors include leading specialists from Continental, experienced business consultants, successful managers, and business owners. They share real-life experience, case studies, and tools that work in today's environment. These are not theoretical lectures, but knowledge that can be immediately applied in life.
"For Continental, this project is not just about education, but an opportunity to influence the future generation of active and open-minded young people, to help them get better chances for a successful, stable future in Ukraine — whether as managers or business owners," says project coordinator Roman Kominiarsky.
The Smart with Continental is not just a digital platform. The project is also actively developing offline activities, conducting training sessions, meetings, and business games throughout the country. In 2025, 40 offline training sessions were organized on financial literacy, communication skills, sales, and the basics of entrepreneurship for children from different cities and villages in Ukraine. About 800 students completed the training, which gave them the opportunity not only to learn the theory but also to practice their skills.
A particular source of pride for the project is its own board game, created specifically to develop entrepreneurial thinking and strategic planning. The game has become an integral part of offline events and helps participants master complex business concepts in an engaging way.

The organizers expect that by the end of the academic year, up to 3,000 students will register on the online platform and at least 1,000 certificates will be issued for completing the courses. The project's credo clearly reflects its philosophy: Think big, act confidently! Continental is convinced that practical skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and the development of soft skills will help young people create their own opportunities in their home country.
The project is being implemented with the support of the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. You can register for courses on the official website of the project: www.rozumno.cfg.com.ua. Training is available to anyone throughout Ukraine and is free of charge.
