About Company

Continental Farmers Group is an agricultural company with international investments which operating in the Western Ukrainian region, attracting the best professionals of the industry to its team, and employing the best practices of agricultural production, the latest technologies and modern equipment.

Today, Continental Farmers Group is a joint agricultural holding, which has been operating as a single business since 2019, formed by merging of two powerful agricultural companies, the leaders of the domestic agricultural sector – MRIYA Agroholding (since 1992) and CFG (Continental Farmers Group) (since 2006).

Both holdings consolidated not only reliable investments brought by the joint international investor SALIC UK Ltd to the Ukrainian economy, but also the Western values of doing business. They remain the consistent benchmarks in the activities of the Continental Farmers Group united Company and help to win the leading positions in the Ukrainian agribusiness.

A harvesting campaign started its progress at Continental Farmers Group fields. The agricultural holding began harvesting early grain crops with thrashing winter barley, the next in line being winter rape, winter wheat, winter rye and spring wheat. The Continental Farmers Group plans harvesting crops in a total area of 102 thousand hectares during the first wave of the harvesting campaign.

The Continental Farmers Group finished its spring sowing campaign. The agroholding sowed a total of 89.5 thousand hectares of spring crops for the 2020 harvest. Out of those, the largest share is that of sunflower (32.3 thousand hectares) and soy (32.1 thousand hectares), the allocated area for corn this year is 21.7 thousand hectares, potatoes were planted on 1.7 thousand hectares and spring wheat was sown on 1.6 thousand hectares.

The Continental has already completed the sowing of spring wheat for the 2020 harvest and this crop has been sowed on 1.6 thousand hectares. The sowing of sunflower is continuing: as of today, this crop has been sown on 14 thousand hectares out of the 32 thousand hectares allocated for it.
